LIPPERT puts series of climate drying chambers into operation

Last year, company Lippert GmbH & Co. KG’s “Industrial Solutions” sector successfully put a new series of climate drying chambers at a leading German technical ceramics manufacturer into operation. Due to the spatial conditions the entire heating and air conditioning system was installed separately from the actual plant. This arrangement reduced the installation times on site and allowed for a high flexibility of the required drying room. The ventilation concept used for the drying plant ensures a very homogeneous climate inside the plant and thus very uniform drying.

With dimensions of 2.75 x 1.1 meters, the heating and air conditioning module requires only little space and can be arranged flexibly. This module also features the plant’s entire control system. The climate drying chamber itself has a width of 4.4 meters and a depth of 5.6 meters. The clear room height of the drying chamber is 2.2 meters.

The customer is very satisfied with the new drying chamber since this increase in capacity can now cover the growing demand for technical ceramics and the production times could be shortened.
