Optimizations in order picking often require the highly dynamic provision of pre-picked receptacles. The LIPPERT eStore allows a 300 % – 400 % higher Performance compared to conventional stacker cranes (RBG). A roll conveyor carries troughs directly into the trough store. A RBG takes them not in the pre storage zone, but only within the shelf. The retrieval procedure happens the same way. Result: The horizontal routes of the heavy RBG are highly reduced and the energy balance gets better. Investments in less RBG contribute to a higher efficiency.
