Located in Pressath,
Germany, LIPPERT is a medium-size enterprise with roughly 200 employees.
We
design and build plant and machinery for the ceramic industry, with
focus on the production of tableware, sanitaryware and industrial
ceramics, along with materials handling and automation technology
for diverse branches of industry, i.e., conveying, order-picking,
sorting and handling systems. Our services spectrum extends all
the way from initial advisory services and project planning (layouting)
to the actual engineering, software generation, fabrication, central-cabinet
construction, installation, commissioning and operator training,
up to and including maintenance and 24-hour services.
Building on
individualised consultancy services, LIPPERT creates customer-centred,
made-to-measure, single-source systems characterised by high efficiency
and cost-effectiveness. We achieve all this by blending our broad
line of optimised, modularised system elements with specially engineered
assemblies - all based on decades of experience and unceasing development
work.
Technology
and innovation are the keys to success. That being so, the development,
engineering and software divisions account for some 40 % of our
overall staff, and diverse pilot plants provide the requisite safety
and reliability for special requirements. Our technological leadership
in various fields, coupled with our numerous patents, documents
the high technological standards and, hence, future-fastness of
LIPPERT-built plant and equipment.
Our
state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated project management assure
maximum quality. That quality derives partly from more than 70 CAD
systems, NC presses and laser cutters, each of which has its own
fully automated sheet metal magazine, but mainly from deep personal
commitment in connection with project management: strictly customer-oriented,
fast and flexible. LIPPERT is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
We
also provide a comprehensive array of services: inspection, preventive
maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, optimisation, conversions,
extensions, training, spare parts, spare-parts management, 24-hour
standby, modem and camera connections - anywhere in the world.
Our
export quota averages out to approximately 50 %, because our international
clientele is situated in upwards of 40 different countries.
