Automation of a table-conveyor tunnel klin for sannitaryware:
The system comprises the following modules:

• Batt loading stations downstream of the glazing plant
• Interconnecting conveyors between the glazing systems and the store
• High-bay store, executed as a shift/weekend buffer
• Shelf car
• Kiln-car loading station

Robotized loading and unloading of kiln cars:
Newly engineered flexible gripping system (patent pending) for gentle handling of most sanitaryware articles without need of readjustment. Avoids heavy lifting and follow-up costs. Reduces scrap & waster ratios and personnel costs.

Pallets/transport boxes:
Custom-tailored, special-purpose pallets and transport boxes, optimally designed for use in the ceramic industry. Suitable for automatic loading and unloading.
