Setting new standards with convincing technology

Experience and intensive, useroriented development work provide the foundation. Add to that a complete array of single-source components and LIPPERT's disposition toward customerized solutions. International patents and top-notch references from leading sanitaryware fixture manufacturers underline LIPPERT's technological leadership.
LIPPERT's designs and implements individually optimized system solutions based on a broad array of proven modular elements and specially engineered assemblies:

  • Spraying robots
  • Automatic and semi-automatic interior glazing machines
  • Transport, handling and storage systems
  • Spraying booths with turntables
  • Wet and dry extraction systems
  • Glaze recovery systems
  • Ceramic-specific software
  • Article recognition systems, target tracking
  • Flow-rate and viscosity metering

Spraying robot and automatic interior glazing

Spraying robot:
We have the ideal robot for any and all terms of reference. In any case, maximum precision, broad operative range and high working speeds.

Automatic interior glazing machine for WCs:
The LIPPERT-LAUFEN automatic interior glazing system enables true automation of the entire inside glazing process, including loading and unloading.

With no loss of flexibility:
No changeover work whatsoever is necessary. This automatic interior glazing machine makes a perfect addition to the glazing robot for a completely automated glazing line.

Patented special-purpose transport system for clean loading and unloading

LIPPERT has developed a modular floor conveying system for the sanitaryware industrie: Specially designed chain and belt conveyors for product transport, and newly designed loading and unloading forks for product handling. Even base/foot spongers are integrated into the system, which requires no workpiece carriers.
The main highlight: Loading and unloading of the turntable in the spraying booth is taken care of by telescopic forks that stay outside the booth during the spraying process, thus keeping the conveying system clean.

The booths: All booths - for dust control, finishing or spraying - are equipped with turntables for loading and unloading by way of the described telescopic-fork transport systems. The turntables in the spraying booths are controlled in combination with the robot.
Cleaning requirements are minimal, since there is nothing in the booth but the turntable, and it has a self-cleaning top that can even be swung out if necessary.
Wet and dry extraction systems and glaze recovery options round out the supply program.

Dedusting and glazing booths, glaze recovery and handling accessories

With LIPPERT systems, you are opting for a combination of maximum glaze recovery and minimum cleaning and maintenance requirements. Even our handling accessories for loading, unloading and the diverse steps of processing are based on the principle of maximum efficiency.

Software for individualized approaches
Custom-designed flexibility

The user-friendly, menu-governed, tailor-made applications software "grew" out of close cooperation with the ceramic industry.
It enables minimum-time generation, correction and optimization of programs. LIPPERT also has (camera-base) systems to offer for article recognition and position sensing plus target tracking with production-data transmission to all processing stations.
