Type AV 870

Fully automated for continuous operation.
Throughput: up to 1,600 litres/hour. The conical shape of the vessels ensures optimal mixing of large and small batches.

  • Complete, fully automated proportioning, mixing and de-airing at the touch of a button
  • Automatic blunger and receptacle cleaning apparatus
  • Receptacles made of specially treated V2A: no sticking plaster
  • All parts in contact with plaster made of stainless steel
  • Dirt-immune electronic load cells for monitoring weights
  • Buckets can be either conical (bottom discharge) or cylindrical (top discharge)

Fully automated plant for throughputs up to 1,100 litres/hour.
Precise adherence to recipe via coarse and precision proportioning. Nonsoiling electronic load cells, mixing under vacuum conditions possible.
Automatic cleaning of stirrer.
