and profiles have been replaced by ceramic-specific NC technology
in combination with best-available driving equipment.
Maintenance-free a.c. servomotors acting on high-precision
recirculating ball screws execute the movement of the vertical
and lateral pull axes. In the course of rolling, the mould is
elevated, while the roller head descends into into it. The resultant
stability of guidance ensures maximum product quality.
The control system is operator-controlled
and demands no programming skills whatsoever. All shaping-
and production-relevant data are stored for recall.
