LIPPERT glazing systems - performance, flexibility and costeffectiveness in glazing
Achieve top-of-the-line surface qualities for cups, bowls, hollowware and flatware
The importance of glaze as a quality criterion for tableware
is rising steadily. All the while, the pricing pressure on
high-quality products is likewise increasing, and the lot
sizes are dwindling. Within that context LIPPERT's innovative
glazing systems offer you some outstanding options for significantly
enhancing the quality of your products while producing them
more economically via automation - with no loss of flexibility.
Best credentials!
LIPPERT has upgraded the mechanics of the practice-proven
dip glazing technique to state-of-the-art status
and then injected some attention-getting innovations.
The
result is a new series of user-friendly glazing machines for
economically producing perfect-quality surfaces to meet the
strictest of standards.
All these new machines work on the same principle and are
built up around the same glazing unit:
Glazing pots mounted
on the glazing unit hold the articles in place by vacuum action.
Before the articles are loaded, the glazing pots fill up with
a predetermined quantity of glaze. After the articles have
been loaded, the glazing unit dips them into the glaze of
the glaze tub with a rotating motion. This ensures that the
entire surface of the article, including the bottom, is bathed
in glaze. Then, the articles are returned to their starting
position to dry and await removal.
Demonstration units are available for glazing trials, so
your company can glaze its own products and assess their post-firing
quality right at the factory.
The program includes a broad spectrum of equipment for all
glazing tasks:
- porcelain and earthenware
- flatware, hollowware and cups/mugs
- articles of all sizes
- for any capacity range
- automatic or semi-automatic
- integrated modules for dedusting, stamping, wiping bases,
etc.
- special glazing plants for special articles
The program comprises the following type series:
- Linear glazing systems, LG 1 through LG 10, with one to
ten glazing pots, for cups/mugs, flatware and hollowware
- Turntable glazing systems RG 5/3 and RG 5/4 for flatware
- Turntable glazing systems HRG 4/3 and HRG 4/3, for hollowware
and flatware
- Turntable glazing systems BRG 4/3, BRG 4/4 and BRG 4/6 for cups/mugs
and small hollowware
- Spray-glazing-systems
- Two-colour glazing (outside dipping, inside spraying)
